Mae with her Mama

Alison is taking some time away from her career. She needs to recharge a bit. Mae is loving it – she gets to spend lots of time with her mama. Although, I have to admit, I’m a little jealous. There use to be a time when it was just Mae and me – all day long. I dressed her in black t-shirts and jeans – and painted little skull and crossbones on her arms (sort of joking).

Now, Alison puts Mae’s hair in braids, paints her toenails and fingernails, and puts smelly stuff on her to make her smell like a girlie girl (what’s wrong with fixer and developer scent??).

Sigh.
